Higher Wiscombe is the perfect venue for all kinds of gatherings and get togethers, both private and commercial. The largest cottage, The Old Winery, sleeps twenty, however when booked in conjuction with the other two cottages, Thatched and Flint, both sleeping six, the dining table in The Old Winery can be extended to dine all 32 guests.

So far the copttages have been used for birthday parties of all ages, anniversaries, reunions, walking clubs, brewery conferences, police conferences, small wedding receptions and boot camps.

The Old Winery had two kitchens, both fully equipped with range cookers, (gas hobs, electric ovens) large fridges, microwaves and dishwashers to enable catering on a grand scale or alternatively, you can select one of the excellent local outside caterers to come in and prepare a meal for you.

For large families on holiday there are two boiler rooms, with two full size washing machines and seperate dryers. There are bicycle storage racks and guides on what there is to do locally.

There is also a conference room for business users booking all three cottages, complete with large screen and av equipment. This can be laid out in an informal manner with sofas and coffee tables, or as a traditional board room. Maximum capacity for the conference room is 16.
