What do we charge extra for?

Damages: Any damages have to be paid for; we do no charge for the odd glass and plate, however it is worthwhile checking to see if your insurance covers you for breakages whilst on holiday. Otherwise look into Holiday Insurance. We can arrange for a form to be sent to you. section.

Extra guests: The barns have been designed to sleep the advertised number of guests in Five Star luxury according to Visit Britain, Quality in Tourism guidelines. We do allow babies in cots in addition to these guest numbers but do need to know in advance all guest names and ages. We may agree to extra guests and babies but there will be a fee payable. Our biggest challenge is not space, but our water supply and bio plant which can only cater for a finite number.

All barn bookings: We may make an additional charge for guests booking all the barns. This is to cover the extra cleaning and the time taken to return everything to the correct place that large parties have moved around. Normally this would be £50.
