The Thatched barn comfortably sleeps six adults in three bedrooms and features a stunning open-plan kitchen/living /dining room measuring 23’ x 18’ with a wood-burning stove, and French windows to a terrace and private garden with hardwood garden furniture, and in the summer months an Outback gas barbecue is available.

There is a fabulous view from this barn and its garden over an unspoilt valley right in the heart of East Devon’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The oak and granite farmhouse-style kitchen area is extremely well equipped, with a range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. The sitting area and kitchen have a slate floor and two large squashy 3 seater sofas to relax into.

The bedrooms are carpeted, and are furnished to a very high standard and the entire cottage has underfloor heating. The living/dining room and bedrooms all feature vaulted ceilings with exposed beams.

The Master bedroom has a four-poster 5ft double bed, with an en-suite bathroom with luxurious roll-top bath. One of the other bedrooms can either be a double or a twin and the other has twin beds, both have en-suite shower-rooms.

There is also a separate cloakroom adjacent to the main living area and a tumble dryer in the boiler room.
