The Old Winery: Sleeps 20 in 10 bedrooms
The Old Winery is an enormous detached barn that is perfect for large house parties, family "get-togethers", birthday parties and anniversaries. It has four large double bedrooms with six foot wide beds, all en-suite, a further six twin bedrooms, (two of which have zip and link beds so can be made up in advance as doubles) two of which are en-suite and a further two generous bathrooms with sumptuous roll top baths.
There are two fully functioning kitchens within the Old Winery that facilitate catering on a grand scale. Each is equipped with 100cm range cookers, a large fridge-freezer, a microwave and dishwasher as well as having six slot Dualit toasters and all the necessary mod cons such as food processors and champagne ice buckets.

| The oak dining table can seat twenty with ease and can be extended to seat up to 32 when the other barns are booked in conjunction with the old Winery. The large 34’ x 55’ kitchen/dining room is perfect for house parties with the second kitchen making it ideal for outside catering. For parties of ten and up we can give details of caterers who will come and cook for you, see the catering link on this page for more details.

There is a large private terrace, which is not overlooked, with a wonderful view of the unspoilt valley below. Ample hardwood furniture is provided to sit outside and in the warmer months a six burner Outback barbeque is available. There is an indoor games room, open all year round with a full size Jaques table tennis table and table football, and in summer an outdoor heated pool that is available for guests to book. There is is an w/c with a reclaimed prison door and all the rooms feature fairly eclectic artwork.

| The large sitting room has French doors that open above the terrace and offer a wonderful aspect of Southleigh valley. There are plenty of squashy sofas to relax into and a wood burner supplied with logs from our own fallen trees.
We are within easy reach of Waitrose, Tesco and many good local food shops, and can also accept tesco.com and Sainsbury's online deliveries if required. Upon arrival you are provided with a guide on where to buy local food, local take-aways and there is a full local information pack in each barn. Details of local restaurants are provided when booking so that you can book in advance if you wish.
